“I was dog sitting for a friend this past weekend and I got hungry and decided to check out restaurants around the area I was in. Went in on Sunday night (04/30/24) around 7pm and sat at the bar. I was greeted immediately by the bartender and I ordered an All Day IPA draft beer and the Bacon Jam burger with chips. It was very tasty and it was quite a large burger, which is great. I will definitely go back if I'm in Jenison again. I highly recommend The Win to everyone. My rating is subject to change when I go again for a meal.“

“Love the Ultimate Meat Skillet. Great low carb option, a very generous portion of a mixture of ham, sausage and bacon and the hash browns were actually a crispy golden brown, just as I ordered. Will be enjoying the leftovers. The eggs were hard fried, not over easy as requested, but they replaced them quickly with eggs with perfectly runny yolks. Hubby enjoyed his skillet with some sausage gravy, to boot. Excellent Bloody Marys, as well. Bonus, one of our daughters and sons-in-law were there, too, so we watched the Lions together.“

“I'm not usually big on chain restaurants, but everything here was spot-on! The staff were friendly and responsive, the food was prepared well, and the whole place was super clean. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area!“

“Fastest restaurant I've ever received my lunch. However when I called ahead to order and talk to the AI it said it would be available for pickup in 35 minutes.. (1 order of mozzarella sticks) But, since I was working next door and walked over and ordered food and it was ready within 5 minutes. The actual restaurant is in A+ but the AI is total failure, especially considering there was at least 3 people working there that could of answered the phone and took my order and gave me a real actual time to pick it up.. if I wasn't next door I would have hung up on AI and went somewhere else.. Nobody wants to talk to a fake person when they're trying to get their food. Zero stars for the AI.“

“I usually take pictures of my food. Didn't happen here. This place served us SUPER fast! Seated right away. Once Seated, our waitress came and took our drink order. Those came quickly! She took our appetizer order. BOOM! Delicious pizza bites. Our dinner showed up at the perfect time and was piping hot out of the oven. This was my first time here, but DEFINITELY won't be my last. The classic Italian sub was delicious and my fiancé really enjoyed her turkey papino. We both had fries too.“

“While drinks in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids have kind of gotten out of control, you can always count on Putt Putts for a good drink at a reasonable price and a low-fuss atmosphere. If you want to just grab a drink with friends, you can't go wrong.“

“Walking by and spontaneously decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel (Tuesday evening 5:30) . The host kindly directly me to the takeout counter. The very friendly young man took my order, everything came out perfectly. I was glad he offered utensils because I forgot to ask. We got the thin crust pepperoni - it was fantastic! Crispy edges, nice cheesy pull, great taste. Very glad we stopped. Great service and food!“

“We had our first ever charity event here tonight and the ENTIRE staff went above and beyond to make sure the rescue was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We are truly speechless at the amount of support these amazing folks have given us tonight. 10/10“

“Holidays are hard if they hit capacity before you arrive. Go early. Miss the days where there were reservations available but post-covid...adjust positively right?! Plan ahead.Parking: Again, they pack it in. Everyone loves THB. Ditto, me too!! Go early. If you go during bar hour, plan to be patient looking for a parking spot.“

“The employees Stephanie and Anna run this place phenomenally. I mean, the deals and specials they run, the way they treat customers and make people feel at home. These two keep the place alive!!!My girlfriend moved in near by months ago, and spend tons of time there just for the delicious fair priced food, awesome drinks and fantastic atmosphere. “First time at this Big E's downtown and we had the best experience ever. Our server was amazing and very nice!! The food was exceptional!! One of the best chilis I've ever had, full of flavor and tasted so good!! The salad also was delicious as well!! My husband had the Big E burger and chips plus chili!! He loved the chips, they were so good!! Very good burger as well and he chili was hearty!! Thank you all for making our lunch date one of the best ever. Also thank you all for what you do every day for all your customers!! We will be back soon!!“

“The best place to eat in all of west Michigan! It doesn't matter if you're with a group or solo, they always make you feel welcomed like family! I love every location. Great hospitality and a very welcoming atmosphere. You'll tell everyone how great it is. Not only the food. but the whole experience is fulfilling.“

“Love the food at Vitale's. Met a customer there the other day. We both had sub sandwiches, which were excellent. In the past, I have had their pizza and enjoyed that as well. The service was good, and the food arrived quickly. It's definitely a great place to eat, and a go-to for me when I am in the area!“

“We were in a huge pinch for our large soccer group and Isa and his staff were so accommodating! They went above and beyond for us! If you have a large group and need great drinks & snacks … Give this local hangout a try if you’re in the standale area! “Everything was mostly awesome but the workers at the bar do have attitudes and act they don’t want to be there . My visit was April 5th around 10-12. I told a friend about the place that been here and they said the same thing that they stopped going because of the bartenders attitudes aren’t that great. The attitudes made the experience bad“

“OUTSTANDING hosts, AMAZING servers, GREAT team members overall. The managers are doing a great job with this team. The food came out great and our server was so attentive. I’d recommend going here, me and my friends come in around the weekends usually and we never fail to have a great experience however. Sometimes we come across a host, she’s a shorter blonde girl, my friend overheard a conversation one week and we think her name is Kylie? She’s sweet ! However not as attentive as the others. She’s normally on her phone when we come in with her back turned to the door. This Applebees has always felt like home to us ! And we could care less if we see employees on their phones however she’s the only one who doesn’t make up for it by being ready you know?The carside is ALWAYS on top, The host are genuinely sweet and considerate, My favorites are the taller kid(I think his name is Cesar), and Andrew ! And all severs rules the top of my list!This place in my opinion is the restaurant of the year ! Applebees all 2024!“

“Went on a Saturday night and didn't have much of a wait. Our waitress was great, answered our questions, made some suggestions and checked in many times. I highly recommend the Bruschetta Chicken entree. It was delicious and prepared perfectly!“

“Let's start off with wow. What a huge difference this place was since the last time I was here 10 years or so ago. Last time was a nightmare. The food was terrible. “Very nice sports bar that has great food and better service. We got the pepino’s bites which were amazing (recommend getting all three dips) and the meaty 5 cheese pizza. The only downside was the pizza was very greasy other than that the food was great.“

“Came in between lunch and dinner hours with two toddlers. Waitress was attentive, food was great for the price. But, what really impressed me was the kindness shown by the staff to my children who gave them each a stuffed animal and some tokens for the crane game. A+“
