Soda fountain machine needs some work! Pepsi and mountain dew taste like there's too much carbonation & tastes like diet! Pretzel dog was delicious, though!!!

We love the Pretzel nuggets, but the last 2 times they were little burnt, and had no salt on them...and I went in to get some yesterday around 11:45am and there was none and the girl said the girl called in and she came in...and we have been there on other days, before and no one there, and customers told us that no one cane in, and it happens quite often...you better do something or you will be loosing more customers, you have the best pretzels we have ever had...not a good way to run a business

By far the worst of the two Ben's locations in town. They don't ask about the loyalty card, they don't have pretzel kits sitting out, and the last time we went there the woman didn't have a name badge and took literally 10 minutes ringing up two pretzels because she didn't know what she was doing.

I would assume being open at 10a meant being open and food ready at 10a. My husband visited today while I was shopping to get me some pretzels and not a single thing was ready. The woman was preparing the pretzel bites to put in the oven.

I love the pretzels here they are soft and delicious.
Pretzel was overcooked burnt on the bottom. The girl that was working did not have the best hygiene and should really be wearing a hairnet.? Don't think I'll be going to this location again.
