Very friendly customer service. Unfortunately though my mobile order was placed early today for pick-up at the end of the day, they did not set aside the donuts to fill it. More than 2/3 of my order had to be replaced with alternatives.The cashier suggested some changes to the order and the Team gave me some extra Munchkins.
Food is standard, service is okay but every single time I've come in for a drink it's watered down to the point that it's just weird. Two people came in from the drive thru in my time waiting for an order as their drinks too, we're comprable to tap water.

So, this WAS may favorite DD"s . Driving from Three Rivers to Kalamazoo at least every week, just to get coffee and a breakfast snack. But for the past month or so the food and coffee has been TERRIBLE. ?. Now I have to drive to 9thb St. in Ostemo or Indiana.. WTH.
