Ordered one of those heart shaped pizzas to be picked up at 7pm at around 430 that afternoon. Got a call from Jets at about 25 minutes before my order was to be ready saying that they ran out of the heart shaped pizzas an hour and half ago. First of all, I ordered at 430 and it should have been seen earlier and saved for me. Second of all, why wait to call me that late? They did offer a small deep dish and bread sticks at the same price which was fine. The woman on the phone said it will be ready at 7. I get there at 705 and the order was not ready. So they waited all this time to tell me that they didn't have something which I ordered before the time they said that they ran out and now it wasn't ready at the time they said. The food was ready at around 710 and it was good and fresh and did offer something similar at the same price. Otherwise, I would have rated them lower.

i have always had great pizza from here. Until this evening, I picked up my pizza and got it home only to realize that it was not correct. I called the store to let them know and was hung up on twice, after waiting to talk with a manager named MIA, for over 30 minute. When I called back the third time, a girl named Lauren answered the phone and told me the manager was to busy to take my call and I would have to call back before close or I was out of luck on getting my order fixed. Apparently they have enough business that they need to worry about customer service. Such a shame.

Ordered at lunch today and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. 20 minutes later, TJ was standing at my door with a smile and hot pizza! I am always happy with the service and quality of food that comes from this location.
I placed an order for boneless wing and they gave me bone in wings. I called and said I wanted them remade and I would bring the old ones back it (to show that I didn’t just want free food). The lady said they would remake them right away but when I got there they hadn’t even started them and blamed us. They made us wait 20 minutes and our other pizza we ordered got cold. Terrible customer service as a person who works in customer service. manager was Dan.

They forgot to make one of the pizzas and were going to leave the one laying on the counter until I requested them to put it in the warmer. Waited a long time but they were busy. They should have made the first one over along with the second but not offered. They seemed annoyed with us.
