Ordered at lunch today and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. 20 minutes later, TJ was standing at my door with a smile and hot pizza! I am always happy with the service and quality of food that comes from this location.
They forgot to make one of the pizzas and were going to leave the one laying on the counter until I requested them to put it in the warmer. Waited a long time but they were busy. They should have made the first one over along with the second but not offered. They seemed annoyed with us.

Ordered one of those heart shaped pizzas to be picked up at 7pm at around 430 that afternoon. Got a call from Jets at about 25 minutes before my order was to be ready saying that they ran out of the heart shaped pizzas an hour and half ago. First of all, I ordered at 430 and it should have been seen earlier and saved for me. Second of all, why wait to call me that late?
