Went to the dino stroll for a family day out and this was the first shop I stopped in because the kids were hot and thirsty !!! An long behold never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service skills!!!!!! It was very busy at this event and I understand that but it was not my fault their was one register and my nephew with autism was having a hard time picking a popsicle from the cooler! So this older woman running this establishment rudely asked what the hold up was causing a unnecessary scene in front of other customers! This than making my nephew "stem" which he than becomes very nervous an overwhelmed!! So he slid himself in between the shelf and cooler mind you his mom was already getting him out and he was not in no immediate danger where he was!! Than the very same rude woman of the establishment goes can get him out of their so disrespectfully and loud. I know people are not expected to be aware that children with disabilities don't always look as if they have them and all I hope is for future events and outings this woman can learn to have compassion and not worry so much on just earning profits for her business!!!!!!

The Flour Shop is AMAZING! The edible cookie dough appears to be a huge hit and I can tell why. There are 4 different flavors: Brookie, Unicorn, Regular chocolate chip, and cookie monster. She also does custom orders and cake pops. The store is adorable, located in the center of Canterbury Village. I am extremely impressed with everything I have tried from the Flour Shop and hope everyone gets a chance to go sometime!

Everything here is amazing!! Edible cookie is addicting and will leave you wanting more. The custom cookies are stunning as well. The owner is super friendly. I love the Flour Shop.
