This location is in a very car-heavy area, yet has a decent sized dining area. That makes it a great place to hang out by yourself or meet someone, since most customers use the drive-thru.The bagels & sandwiches are pretty good too!Vegetarian options: Most of the snacks and baked goods are vegetarian. Vegans will have difficulty, as cheese is prevalent.Parking: Sufficient parking lotKid-friendliness: If you have to take a kid inside a coffee shop, Biggby is the one to do it in!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Not giving a bad rating, because this Biggby has been more wonderful than most others we've been to. We've had seldom problems with this location, like the syrups not being mixed in well enough into my coffee (easily fixed by stirring it up with my straw, just a little shocking when I've got a mouthful of mint syrup), too much cream for asking for one (1) pump in my mom's coffee, (to the point where the shade of her coffee is lighter than a sheet of paper, on more than one occasion). These weren't an issue as the baristas are always willing to fix them. However, recently something more complicated happened.My mom had gone through the drive through, and her parter gone inside so they could pay separately without making it difficult. After mom had ordered, one of the baristas had began complaining about how she was "always so difficult with her order", which honestly? Isn't true. It's a pretty simple iced coffee with sugar, cream, and sometimes whipped cream. It isn't like she's asking for something unnecessarily complicated with three different syrups and all of that other random stuff. My mom's partner had heard the barista, and mentioned how she should not be talking about customers that way, considering they'd never know who's in earshot. The occasional mix up with a beverage wasn't an issue, but when the baristas start to speak poorly of customers not doing anything wrong, or making their jobs hard, is when we begin to have a real problem. We've stopped going to this Biggby for the time being, however I'm sure in the future we'll return. This is the only time we've had a real issue with them, and it was only the one barista. (the one actually making the drinks was staring at the one speaking poorly with a very "stop talking" look.)

My favorite place to come before work even tho its just through the drive thru, I have been inside as well. Its always very clean and the staff are always welcoming. The staff are always helpful with the reward system they have as well. I love being able to answer the random questions of the day as well.

So me and my fiancé used to work at a different Biggby in town, he was actually an assistant manager, so we know the drinks we sell. I tried to order a drink we used to make all the time at our store, and by the time I was served, I was told “you know not everyone’s going to make this for you” by a barista at this location. I know for a fact we sell the drink that I wanted, and I know they might have a different menu then ours but we even have a way to ring it up so that we could sell it. It just came off as rude and an unnecessary comment, and I told them I wanted it because I’m sick, so it wasn’t a fun situation to deal with today. I didn’t have the energy to ask why she said that, I just said thanks and drove off.

It’s in a great location. Yes. The coffee products are good. Yes. The staff are friendly and accommodating, yes. Everything else about this location is not great. I’m unsure what the workflow bottlenecks here are but it takes an immensely long time for anything to get made. I only come here if I have 20 minutes of time to waste in line. The tip begging (90% of the time) just adds to it. I mean sure, if it was able to be handled in a timely fashion and didn’t waste nearly half an hour in my car I would consider it. But seriously, I’m about done with this place and if it wasn’t smack in the beginning of my morning commute I already would be.
