Not giving a bad rating, because this Biggby has been more wonderful than most others we've been to. We've had seldom problems with this location, like the syrups not being mixed in well enough into my coffee (easily fixed by stirring it up with my straw, just a little shocking when I've got a mouthful of mint syrup), too much cream for asking for one (1) pump in my mom's coffee, (to the point where the shade of her coffee is lighter than a sheet of paper, on more than one occasion)....read full review
