2 young men working there today were polite, answered my old lady questions without attitude and served the most delicious food just as I asked for. I came in for nostalgia and they didn't disappoint.
Ordered online. They let me know it was getting packaged up. However, i was not told when it was ready for pick up. There was nothing on the app or email. So after waiting over an hour, I went in to see what was going on. Come to find out, it was ready and waiting. According to the store associate, no one bothered to finish the order in the system. I also didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Easily my favorite location in Lansing. The manager there is friendly and welcoming. They seem to follow the recipes well, and create good pizza. Wait times can be very long, as it seems that many of the orders for South-Lansing get routed there: overwhelming the small staff. If you arrive during lunch, however, there usually won't be an issue. I'd hope LC would put a little more money into the location, the restaurant needs updated equipment and a little refreshing.
