Went in to try the new crazy puffs which are advertised to be hot n ready between 4pm and 8pm. I went in at 5pm and was told that I would have to wait an hour. I asked for a hot n ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread instead. They said it would be a few minutes. I waited over 30 minutes for the pizza and the cra,y bread I asked for was extremely under cooked.

Placed an order online over an hour and half before I picked it up. This should give plenty of time for the food to be cooked properly. My bread sticks were literally raw dough that was put on bake for 5 mins. The pizza lacked flavor and sauce. I had a slice of pizza and a breadstick and have been extremely sick since. Never again coming here.

Does not matter what time you come here there are never "Hot-n-readys" and the staff is undertrained and unprofessional.
This location no longer actually has hot and ready pizzas available. I wait 15-20 every time I go.

In the last 30 days I attempted to purchase a pepperoni Hot N Ready from this location and has been unsuccessful. They never seem to be prepared for the numbers they do. And the staff is not at all welcoming, they move around sluggish and mumble when they speak to the customers. This one is on management, "Lead By Example!!!)

They suck at doing their job (they charge you to take items off) pretty pathetic they don't answer the phones they do everything they can to not have to deal with customers whatsoever.. there's usually 4 to 7 people in there and they still can't run it ... I have ran that store by myself from open until 2:00 in the afternoon but 7 people can't handle it bunch of morons !!!!!

I called in to place an order. Fairly easy, deep dish half extra cheese half pepperoni. I was told there was a 45-1 hour wait. I replied no problem. My Husband goes to pick it up and the worker says it wasn’t called in at that location. I call and he informs me he found my order and it was a 2 hour wait. He/She was Very rude and unprofessional. So here I am over 1.5 hours later for this whole saga with no pizza! He also hung up on me during one point in our conversation.If I could give zero stars I would!
