When I walked in there was a father and daughter in front me. Their order was taken and then the lady started getting there stuff without greeting or saying a word to me. After that she came back and took my order. The food is decent but it took 15 minutes to get and it's pricey for what you get. I paid 19.00 for a regular sub, medium fry and medium drink. Hoping it was just an off day for them. The guy that walked in after me was more friendly than either of the people behind the counter. Would like to see them somewhat happy through the visit, and not than two people. They need at least three.

Walked in before 830 pm. Sign on door said open until 9. Floor in front of counter was slippery due to them mopping the whole lobby. We waited while another guest ordered.We asked to use the restrooms and were told they were closed for cleaning. We ordered. Waited in another line to pay. I took my son next door to find a restroom while my wife waited to pay. We came back and my wife was just wrapping up paying. She asked a new worker about using the bathroom. They said, "its around the corner, but it was just cleaned." My wife went in - - it was not clean. There was paper towel on the floor, no soap in the dispenser and the floor in there was not mopped. We proceeded to get our napkins and ketchup and no one said a word to us. Order was called out, went to sit down, and were told the dining room closed at 830 after he looked at the register. We were 5 minutes late even though our receipt said 829. This was after the person who took our order said I didn't know that your order was for here. I have worked in the food industry and know there are some things you can clean before the store closes but mopping in front of the counter to make it slippery should not be one... Food lacked flavor so much my kid (who just played in a football game and was starving) would not finish his sub or fries. Will never eat there again for a $50 dollar disappointment.
