First time ordering, I didn’t know what to pick, so the manager kindly waited patiently. I could tell he was in a good mood and really the whole atmosphere was welcoming.I had great service, the food arrived after 5 minutes. The root beer & cream soda is delicious!! This location was horrible, do not recommend to anybody. My wife and I looked at the menu before coming in and all we wanted was the #11 with a steakhouse slider and a drink, it took 25mins for them to bring the order out. We went straight home before realizing that our order was entirely wrong. they use good toppings and buns but that’s the onlyPlus. The burgers are always!!! Cold. I’ve ordered four times and I’m disappointed every time. I think I’m done with this place to be honest. Not to mention the staff is rude and not very friendly at all. The staff being so rude really bothers me. I asked for extra ketchup becasue they only give you two small packets and they act like I asked for a free burger. The staff sucks
