Food is good, I just with they had cup holders for when you order more than 1 drink and bags for when you have several boxes of food to take home.

First they forgot our drinks and sauce. Then when we got them one pepsi had no flavor really, the other (cream soda) had an aftertaste that burned my throat and tasted spoiled and just off. Put cheese on the burger when we didnt want it. Didnt put cheese or pickle on the chicken sandwich. And didn't put house seasoning on the fries that i paid extra for. Lady at the counter was nice if that counts for anything.

I had my hopes up high, but should've listened to the reviews. Order was messed up right off the start. I ordered the Steakhouse Ribeye sliders and when I opened my food I found it was some sort of chicken slider... Was on lunch break and didn't have time to return it so I ate it. EXTREMELY DRY CHICKEN SLIDERS!!!

Just tryed ordering 24 pack sliders.... Picked up phone rude af thought I was hoaxing them.... Y offer them and think every time us a hoax.... And u dont accept hundred dollar bill.... Plus I was going to order cakes and onion rings....BUT IM A LYIER

First time ordering & I ordered online. Waited 45 minutes for them to bring out the food just to get it home to realize the order was wrong. I called the store manager to let them know what had happened and he wanted to argue with me and blame corporate. “If you would’ve called us we could’ve changed it but since you did it online we have to make it that way” is what he told me. I’m not even sure why saying that was relevant because the way I ordered it was not what I received. I don’t know about you but when I call a business to talk to a manager I expect the manager to listen, be understanding and make a bad situation right if it is the fault of the business. Not to mention the food was cold, fries were soggy, the seasoning on the fries I ordered FOR 50¢ EXTRA was barely there, they gave me a 20 oz drink when I ordered a 32 oz drink, they didn’t include the savvy sauce with my chicken, the meat in the sandwiches were over cooked and the bread was stale. Would love to call corporate but what do you know.. no number or email listed on the website. Will not come back or recommend this place. Wish I would’ve seen the google reviews prior to wasting $33 dollars on bad food and poor service.

First time ordering, I didn’t know what to pick, so the manager kindly waited patiently. I could tell he was in a good mood and really the whole atmosphere was welcoming.I had great service, the food arrived after 5 minutes. The root beer & cream soda is delicious!! The food was fresh with nice crispy fries. The sandwiches have a good crunch to them as well.At first I was skeptical because of the poor reviews, but I can assure you, it’s a great place with good people.I’ll be coming back again.

This location was horrible, do not recommend to anybody. My wife and I looked at the menu before coming in and all we wanted was the #11 with a steakhouse slider and a drink, it took 25mins for them to bring the order out. We went straight home before realizing that our order was entirely wrong. Didn’t get the 3 chicken tenders, didn’t get my drink, and on top of that the fries were cold and soggy.Upon further reflection I’ll say that the slider was the correct kind at least and tasted good. So I’ll update it to 2 stars.

they use good toppings and buns but that’s the onlyPlus. The burgers are always!!! Cold. I’ve ordered four times and I’m disappointed every time. I think I’m done with this place to be honest. Not to mention the staff is rude and not very friendly at all. The staff being so rude really bothers me. I asked for extra ketchup becasue they only give you two small packets and they act like I asked for a free burger. The staff sucks

Burgers were good, fries were thrown out. They were extremely soggy and being crinkle cut they should be much more crispy. Wouldn’t recommend. Got 2 number ones and they were $19

I spent 100 plus tax on 16 sliders 2 larger fries and a salad that I never received.The food at this location is not worth the money I could have just did better with white castlesThe one in in mount Clemens is much better I don't recommend anyone to eat at this location.

It tasted amazing. Buns were great. My only regret was already being too full to finish it.
