The store was really busy and missed a few of our specific order details.... like not providing cream cheese with bagel and sugar in coffee when it was ordered. First world problems, right? Definitely would not stop me from going here...I just would be more likely to check the details of my order.
I'm giving it 4 stars. You get some batista that work here. Who are dry, unwelcoming and don't even say hello or goodmorning!! That's very rude and unprofessional. Goodmorning goes a long way. Especially for your tips. However you also get great baristas. And the coffee is fantastic here.
