Man where do I start. 04/07/2024 11:30ish am) Well we ordered four BOWLS of chili (5.99$) but they gave us these little cup sizes that were only filled 1/4 of the way and it really wasn’t like chili chili it was just a little slop no liquid. We went in to get it corrected and the guy said they ran out of the bowls and to compensate he gave an addition tiny not even filled half cup. I ended up getting a refund. While I was there working through the issue there was a line of customers holding their food also waiting to get it corrected. Not thrilled. Makes me never want to come back

Only half full large sized fries in the drive through. Asked for sweet tea and was given regular tea. When asked why it was regular they say they don't have sweetened. So we ask why wasn't that mentioned when we ordered - the response: I'm not sure. She says this as her back is turned and walking away. Terrible service. Poor excuse of a restaurant.

I wish I could give a better review, and maybe it was just a bad day. For us, Steak 'N Shake is a treat, since we don't have any in Canada. So, we stop in when we see them to grab a meal. However, on March 24 we were ready to ask for our money back and go elsewhere. From the point of placing our order at the kiosk, until we got our food was 35 minutes - and it would have been longer if I didn't go up to the counter to ask about it. We got our shakes quickly, but they were long gone before the food was ready. Once we got our food, it was OK. Burgers were lukewarm, not hot. Probably had been sitting for a while. We ate quickly, and got on our way. Anyway, take this as you wish. As I said, it could have just been a bad day. I'll try once more at some point, and then make a final decision then.

We came here on Easter, and were greeted with friendly service. It was my first experience with the kiosk style ordering, but there were really nice guys working at this location who showed me how to scan my drink ticket. Will be back!

My family always stops here while traveling. The service is always great. We had an online order and had a back up on the highway. We were 20 minutes late and called. They went above and beyond by waiting till we got there to make our fries. We had hot food and fresh fries. Thank you for you outstanding serviceParking: Rv friendly

I don't even know where to begin. We were appalled at nearly everything when dining in. Employees were dirty and one's pants falling off. Employees were touching food with bare hands on the grill. The food galley was not clean at all. There was food everywhere as well as on the floor and burned things on the griddle. The drink station and floors were filthy and covered with grime and trash. There were no lids for the adult cups available. There were no onions. The fries were soggy and cold. The fries weren't filled to the top of the cups. The lettuce on our sandwiches was visibly dirty and past its prime. Our entire order for 7 people was stuffed into one brown bag. Our order wasn't correct and we couldn't find an employee that would help us fix it. The women's room was out of order and stunk horribly. One toilet in the men's room was covered in feces and couldn't be used. The QR code for drinks didn't work before we left, so we could only get one beverage. We spent nearly $60 and do not feel like our experience at this establishment was worth even half that. We left with a bad taste in our mouths in every way imaginable. We have loved Steak and Shake for years. This was sad.

The line looked short staffed, and the person we interacted with was incredibly nice. Wish they had been better staffed.We ordered online while passing through, but it should be noted that the only employees are working the line. There's no cashier, wait staff, or others. You walk in, get presented with 4 kiosks, and then wait around while the limited staff work through the orders.Entire experience was super dystopian and depressing.

Steak'n Shake has fallen a long, LONG way from the last time I was in one.* Can only order at kiosks* Prompted to tip* There is no service. You order for yourself. You get your food yourself. You get your utensils, drinks and condiments for yourself. You take care of your own trash.* The burger patties were only a half patty - a thin burger strip.* They were out of cheese for the cheese fries but gave me the dry fries anyway. And a crumpled dollar to make up for it.* The bathroom was dirty and out of hand towels.* Trash on the floor in the dining room.* My daughter liked her shake, hence the second star for food.* Otherwise, the food was edible and I probably won't get sick from it, but it wasn't tasty, and I'm still hungry.On the whole, McDonald's costs the same and gives you more food that tastes better, and actual table service, and it's usually cleaner. I don't see a reason to ever go back to a Steak'n Shake.
