Worst customer service. Rude AF staff in the drive thru. Order made incorrectly. Unfortunately I’ve given this location too many chances and nothing changes. Won’t be coming back.

Do you know how many times I get to the front window and wait 10 minutes to be handed my drink that I can see sitting there on table? Every time! Your employees have no sense of urgency with their work. People are being handed their stuff in the window behind me and driving around me because my drink hasn't been handed to me. It's already made and paid for but it takes you over 10 minutes every time to just hand it to me. Get it together

This is W. Saginaw location only. More than once we received the wrong food. There does not seem to be any direction or management there, very slow service. Food was ordered online for 4:18 pick up, 4:50 & my husband is still waiting, whilst he watches one of our drinks get spilled & have to be remade, which took forever. Ice cold food...never again ...

Nice sunny day out and the drive thru is closed and the doors are locked. Staff was super rude to everyone and told me they wouldn't take my order for the next hour. Avoid this place.

This place was so inefficient that they were backed up on orders where we waited 35 min for a smoothie. With the open atmosphere, it's not good to mix a shake then turn and talk to your coworker for about 1 min, then mix another, talk again....etc when there were 6-8 canisters waiting to be mixed. They were refusing to take food orders for in person customers but online orders were able to get it. Then with them being so backed up they locked the door so customers couldn't get it. When we finally got our shake there was a line of 3 people outside bc they couldn't get in that were there to pick up their probably melty smoothies. This was our first time to this chain and even my 12 y.i said she will never go back.
I absolutely love tropical smoothie Cafe this one however was on the iffy side for me just because our drinks were watered down quite a bit compared to other locations that we got it from but the acai bowls or any of the tropical bowls are really good and I highly recommend

What happened to this place?? I loved the quesadillas and salsa. Tried to stop by and buy lunch and smoothies for 2 people and they wouldn't take my $50 bill? She said they can't break a $50 but it was $30 worth of food!! You seriously don't have $20 dollars in change?? I'm done even trying to go here.

The service here has gone downhill so much - especially when trying to grab a quick dinner. There's an employee here who will ask you to wait to order at the speaker and obviously drag it out so you'd rather leave than wait.
