Chicken Tastes great mine was a little dry but the seasoning was so good it still slapped. I just wish that they had sides that were a bit better quality I did not enjoy any of mine especially my steamed vegetables that were mushy. Pitta bread is gross here as well. For the price and speed of service it could be a great spot for you to enjoy.

Decided to try this place for dinner tonight, never been before. Got the family meal with mixed vegetables, Macaroni and cheese, couple pieces of chicken. This entire experience reminded me of middle/high school cafeteria food. The mixed vegetables look like the frozen Birdseye steamers, but worse. The “Macaroni and Cheese” was probably fresh 5 hours before we ordered it or the cheese was wafted into the macaroni. Basically tasted like you had just ate plain macaroni that had been sitting out for a couple hours. Finally, the main course- the chicken. Sizes of the breast and legs were fine but the meat was very dry, unfortunately. This wasn’t a great experience and I’d love to give the place a second chance but these are pretty standard items to be messing up on so my hopes for improvement are slim.

This is a restaurant that is easy to drive by, and I admit I did for years before finally stopping in. Glad I did. The chicken is good. Their focus is on the chicken. Mission accomplished. You want to get some non-fried chicken quick? This is your spot. And the service is good.Everything else? I can't speak to it. I had a wrap, the mixed veggies recommended by the guy at the register, and a fountain drink. Let's work backwards here. The drink was fine, but the dispenser boasted "flavor shots" to add. None of them were working, but they made the most comically obnoxious noise when I tried them. The mixed veggies? Boiled, flavorless organic masses that I'm convinced were once sourced from Birdseye -- but that company probably wouldn't want to claim them at this point. As for the wrap? Honestly, few complaints save for not knowing ahead of time what was in the wrap. It's not advertised. Beans, rice, chicken, and I got the BBQ sauce. The sauce was fine, could be better, but serviceable enough. But then there was a white sauce in there that I really should have asked about. Give someone a heads-up about these things.I'm willing to go back. I want to try the chicken on its own and a different side. This place strikes me as a possible hidden gem.

I was excited to give it a shot. Walked in 15 min before closing. Ordered a bowl and they gave me all my food mixed up together in a to go container.The server was not pleasant either.

My absolute favorite! I crave this chicken...**Update: What has happened to my fave chicken? Last few times over the past 12 months, small chicken pieces have been greatly overcooked (burnt wings & legs) and dry! I want my Ya-Ya's back the way it was - flavorful, moist, succulent and delicious.

Got a large order for dinner today. The chicken was very dry. One of the meals was a 2 piece dark. The pieces were so small it was a joke at the dinner table. Both the mac/cheese and rice sides were awful. I could go on but I'm sure my point has been made. Big disappointment. We decided to give this location another chance after having a negative experience a few years ago. That was a mistake that we won't make again. The service was fast but that was probably because the food had been precooked.

Personally I absolutely love the jalapeno ranch pita. Thier chicken is I believe, grill cooked to perfection. The chicken mixed with corn, onions, lettice and jalapeño ranch or any dressing they have to offer stuffed/over filling a pita. Love it...On the other hand their sides aren't anything special, particularly if not fresh.

This is only the second time I've been there within the past year. Same experience each time... The chicken is so dry you can barely swallow it. Yaya's chicken used to be juicy and flavorful, this chicken was awful.

This place sucks. Paid 40 dollars for the wrong order than I talked to a manager on the phone said I could come in the next day for my remake. I just came in they said my name was written down. And they wouldn’t let me get my remake. Like how does that make since.

This restaurant has some challenges in regards to quality control, professionalism, and management.It's no doubt Yaya's has delicious, healthy food and provides a welcome reprieve for those who want healthy options to dineout for fast food. But, it's HOW the establishment is run that causes issues, issues that have made me realize they may not be worthy of my hard earned working $$$.Yaya's is EXPENSIVE! and due to the cost I expect quality service AND good food! None of which I have received. Over the past TWO years I have had issues with quality and integrity with this restaurant.You never know what you're going to get but as of late they have been really consistent with giving less and less food for the same cost, or how about missing food, or the wrong food, and when you try and talk to them about it you get serious attitude from the employees and manager!On 4 occasions within a short span of time yaya's whether ordered in or through grubhub have gotten my order wrong AND given me portions that are small, not large relative to what I pay for and what is advertised.On grubhub:I have checked the appropriate boxes requesting extra and have paid for it and they have never compensated me for it. I have noticed that when you order in the restaurant you have to watch them like hawks to ensure they get your order right as well. Why do I have to do this?I have had orders [recently] with about 2 tablespoons of chicken, a whole romaine lettuce and at least 2 cups of croutons. *pic not included *I've had MISSING food items, incorrect food items over and over again with NO compensation! But a whole Lotta attitude.Recently I ordered a GC salad, I received a small, not half order, a small order in the large container. I ordered a large GC salad. I asked them to remember to add chicken, to give me extra [I paid for it] and recieved a snarky, assine comment from one of the employees written on the lid of the container. *pic of portions and comment privided*Wow! Excellent customer service. Not really. The employee stated that the "instruction" box is not for these requests, misquoted the cost of extra chicken, and basically signed off from any responsibility.Why am I doing this? Simple, I've had it! I'm tired of wasting my money here. Mind you they do not know me, we've had no run ins, this is not petty revenge, this is a former customer who has had enough and wants to share the experience with others. I have included a few screenshots from other people [recent] who have had issues just like mine with no response from management! I am sharing the comment, my order, and the portuon size from THIS order which is still too small!!Who knows maybe yaya's will see this and take responsibility for their lack luster service and ill treatment of customers who pay for their expensive food and get cheap service and unwanted attitude in return.Bye yaya's it hasn't been fun, looks like I'll have to find other healthy dining out eating options.
