“Very good meal! The breast/thigh chicken was moist on the inside, crispy on the outside- flavorful and not dry at all- Tasted like chicken? The coleslaw is tangy sweet and delicious! My favorite outside of my own recipe- The mashed potatoes were eh…and why brown gravy and not gravy that tastes like chicken gravy? The potatoes have that potato flake mix flavor that I’m not a fan of- The biscuits aren’t fluffy and taste ok-- The sides were part of the meal and perfect size- Some places give you small lil sides-We plan to be back but I’m concerned because they are changing their name to Motor city chicken- Does this mean broasted bros sold business? ?Hope it makes it- Although there are more chicken places than ever, they aren’t all good- This is at the top of my list ?“
“My husband and I frequent this exact establishment quite often and every single time our experience is off the charts! I seriously love this place. Not only is the food remarkable but the employees make me feel so comfortable and they’re so nice! We tried 2 new things tonight and we loved them! Thank you so much for being so wonderful. I don’t think you understand how much it means especially in these times. We literally come here about 2-3 times a month and never once have we had a bad experience. We appreciate you all so much!“
“First time at this chicken place. They have 6 different chicken sandwiches, fries, Cole slaw, Mac n cheese, chicken tenders. The chicken was very good, crispy, thick, and tastes good. The sandwiches are very large. The coleslaw was good, vinegar based and had a little kick, but not too spicy. The fries were off, highly seasoned but had very little taste. Also offers milkshakes. It's a little pricey, paid $30 for 2 sandwich combos.“
“My experience was normal for chik fil a. You can tell that they put an emphasis on hiring hospitable people. Only issue I had at this one is that they didn't really know what type of oil food is fried in. My daughter is allergic to nuts, so we asked what type of oil the fries were fried in. They say peanut oil. At all the other chik fil a's, my daughter is able to eat the fries but has to get grill chicken. That's why we ask. Maybe this one does its own thing. I was in Michigan, but I'm from Chicago.“
“The food was great service was fast. But the employees was having words at the window. The lady standing at the window wouldn't take my money she stood there with her back to me in drive-thru and I can her another employee saying you can't take her money and she goes I take the orders I don't work the window ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️. But its ok I still give them five stars the young man came and took my money and gave me my food. So nice and polite!“
“I am so thankful for Morgan and the staff at KFC tonight.She and the gentleman I spoke with a few times were very professional and helpful with my Uber Eats order. I am just glad they weren't mean and hateful as I've experienced that type of service across the board lately.Instead they went above and beyond to help with the delivery order I placed. She could have said, sorry I can't but she didn't. She said, what is the name on the order and I'll see that it's what you want. Calling back, I spoke with a young man who was just as accommodating. Thanks again! It meant a lot to not have a disrespectful attitude coming from a customer service person. As of late, great customer service is hard to find and it didn't go unnoticed!Order taken, corrected and delivered in record time! 10/10“
