“I’m a driving thru girl & this is literally my favorite location.!! I even have my mom hooked lol. Even when the lines are long they move fast, my food is always fresh & hot only once I had some lukewarm fries but they gladly replace them. Zero complaints keep it up.!“

It is family owned customer service great food fresh this is my second Sunday going in a row and I highly recommend that you go in to see my friend Syed and tell him that Marcus sent you! You will not be disappointed I highly recommend the two piece fish with tenders I'm trying a new caramel cake today and I know it's gonna be delicious because I had a lemon cake last time last Sunday and I was very satisfied on the moistness. It was fresh and I just got a menu and took it to my friend to make sure he tries it too, because he stays right around the corner from it. Syed, you have a repeat customer. “The chicken pot pie was hot, fresh and delicious. The new loaded potato bowl however was trash. The presentation, the taste and the price were very much disappointing. This particular KFC in the past has served me average food at best with the chicken pot pie being the one exception to the rule. I will not be eating from this location again, ever.“

“Overall a really good experience. I've been looking for some Nashville Hot Chicken in SE Michigan that isn't Dave's Hot Chicken and popped in here. I ordered the "Hot Chicke" chicken sandwich.The chicken itself was well cooked and moist, and much higher in quality than the chicken at Dave's. There was a good ratio of coleslaw and pickles; the coleslaw tasted great, I'd love to grab it as a side next time. The sweet pickles added some sweetness for balance.I ordered the "Hot" spice level which had some kick but wasn't near "Nashville hot" as the menu describes it, in my opinion. It felt more like Nashville mild. If you love spicy food or you want a more authentically hot style chicken, I'd go for something more than "Hot."I didn't try the sides as I was in a hurry but I'll check them out next time. I do think for charging $2, they could offer a larger fountain drink size. It didn't matter much with my meal as it was only a sandwich, but I imagine if you get a side or two or you order a multi-piece chicken order, you'll want more drink. Especially since most people will be ordering something spicy!Service was friendly and my food came out pretty quickly, although I only had a sandwich so it wasn't much.I don't normally go in this area but I will keep it in my radar for when I'm out this way.“

“My husband and I have been ordering take out from here for about two years now and this is by far my favorite place around.We always get the chicken fried rice add shrimp with mild spice and 4 spring rolls!I’m not 100% so don’t quote me but I’m pretty sure it’s one lady who owns the place who does all of the cooking herself. The food proves so freaking good every single time. We will be long time customers.Just please try this place. Give it a go. You have nothing to lose.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
