Great service and staff. I was working nearby for 6 weeks and picked up lunch from there often. Loved that I could order ahead on the app. I ordered a cookie there one day which they were out of so they had me choose another. The next time I went the person (manager?) who packed up my order remembered me and put 2 of the cookies they had been out of previously in my bag. What wonderful customer service!
Very good sandwich- good meat, topping to bread ratio - but too expensive- I looked at the menu that I had from three years ago and they’ve raised their prices a bitI get it many places are doing it -We ordered the regular Italian. They made it perfectly added everything we wanted on it.Service was a little backed up and slow - it seemed like the three guys were dazed or just super tired- One of the guys was preparing sandwiches, and also trying to make bacon at the same time....read full review

I absolutely love Potbelly sandwiches…I’ve visited this location at least 50 times over the years and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit they assembled a sandwich so PERFECT it had to be acknowledged. Kudos to Fiona, and the entire staff. Thank you, and keep up the great work.
