This place is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, it isn't ever extremely busy, the food is fresh, fast, and the place is always clean. The original size is a solid portion, and priced fairly. Considering the fast food across the street costs just as much these days, Potbelly is a no-brainer. I also hear the shakes are good!

My sister and I got food poisoning from this location last night and my grandma got it from here the week before, but didn’t warn us. I called to let the store know and they were less than apologetic. Save yourself from waking up in intense pain and feeling awful!

I absolutely love Potbelly sandwiches…I’ve visited this location at least 50 times over the years and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit they assembled a sandwich so PERFECT it had to be acknowledged. Kudos to Fiona, and the entire staff. Thank you, and keep up the great work.

Terrible! I ordered a couple of sandwiches for delivery because I was not able to drive to the store to pick up. I received 1 of the sandwiches on my order and the other was something completely different from what I ordered. I called the store thinking that they would send out another sandwich, the correct one. No chance! I was told that people make mistakes. You can come pick up to correct sandwich. Over $30 delivered for a mediocre sandwich and another that was completely incorrect. I guess that the customer is not a priority anymore. Maybe expecting the correct sandwiches to show up at my door was too much? People make mistakes ya know? Don't waste your time

Great service and staff. I was working nearby for 6 weeks and picked up lunch from there often. Loved that I could order ahead on the app. I ordered a cookie there one day which they were out of so they had me choose another. The next time I went the person (manager?) who packed up my order remembered me and put 2 of the cookies they had been out of previously in my bag. What wonderful customer service!

Very good sandwich- good meat, topping to bread ratio - but too expensive- I looked at the menu that I had from three years ago and they’ve raised their prices a bitI get it many places are doing it -We ordered the regular Italian. They made it perfectly added everything we wanted on it.Service was a little backed up and slow - it seemed like the three guys were dazed or just super tired- One of the guys was preparing sandwiches, and also trying to make bacon at the same time. He ended up burning a tray of bacon- I felt bad for whoever was going to get that on their sandwich because they didn’t throw it out- The lady in front of me had to keep repeating her order and missing items that she was waiting on- The guy would bring her one thing and then tell her thank you and she would repeat “I’m missing this and I’m still needing this and I’m still needing this… “ it took three times before he finally brought her everything she was supposed to have for her order-

After a long conference call, team mates and I selected Potbelly's for lunch. It was my first time at this establishment. I ordered the chicken sandwich. Yummy. It was delightful and satisfying. The chicken was moist and tender. My milkshake was thick and creamy. Can't wait to come back.
Nevin was awesome!! Actually working; unlike his coworkers who did not hear him when he asked them to get a bowl of soup ready for my order. Then when I got to checkout, they realized it was done and needed more and it took a few extra minutes. I love the food but for some reason they always put ingredients I don’t ask for. Every freaking time I ask for no chicken and no eggs on my salad I end up getting both. I don’t eat meat. So this is just annoying and inconvenient
