I have given this Subway shop the benefit of the doubt when I come here it is for an emergency stop by to grab something to eat to get my medical condition under control. I require a service dog because of my medical condition. However twice I have walked in there and I have had to deal with an overactive woman on the first occasion an overactive man on the second one today telling me I can't have my pet in the store what part of he is wearing his service dog vest he is a service dog for a medical condition I have is there to do his job and they didn't even ask me the three questions they can ask me instead they told me to get out of the store because I'm not locking there because I have a pet with me know you're ignorant when I came in there my service dog was sitting on the ground relaxed waiting for me to finish up my order because I was having a medical episode of priority even coming in and I had to deal with not once now but twice your employees disrespecting me and disrespecting my service dog and trying to undermine the fact that he has his best that specifically gives you all the information you need to know and tell me that I can't have my pet in your store well guess what I will be taking my money elsewhere I am done with the subway I've given you two chances and both chances have just told me what type of store this is they are not complying with Ada federal government laws that protect handlers with service dogs and if they're so full of themselves to make such comments to me when I'm walking in there when I'm having a medical issue that makes me want to take my money and go elsewhere I should have to put up with that nor should any other service hand dog handler have to put up with that this is just respectful it is unacceptable and they have done nothing to change their behavior towards people who are coming in with their service dog apparently. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau and to the Ada on Government Center and they can handle the Subway location because I'm fed up with being treated like that at this location not once but twice where is there a ride that says your employees can disrespect and tell somebody who has a service dog coming into your store to get out of your store and that they're not welcomed with their pets apparently they don't know the difference or they just don't care the difference between a service dog and a pet and this is your own company's problem because y'all not educated on federal Ada laws and how you shouldn't be violating them.

I give two stars for the food but 0 star for the service. Before this time, the guy was so nice that’s why I come back.This time I brought my nephews and we bought 4 foot long subs the two ladies was so mean and rude, like they don’t want to do their jobs , even talk bad about us (my Nephews over heard it). I work at a Salon, I know all about customers service and I was really trying to be very cool and easy. I can’t find any reasons why they treated us like that. At the end, I paid and tips them well I said sorry for all the struggles and told them to do not talk bad about customers again . I’m writing this review because my nephews was upset and confused.

This subway is always understaffed and overwhelmed as a customer i feel like a nuisance, they are rude, I will go hungry or bring lunch from home never again they act like im getting my food for free and their doing me a favor customer service is horrible and the food is to basic when you have dried out steak and two day old soup which i dont even attempt to buy because the last soup was brown you should welcome customers

Omgee. This Subway sucks. I went in ( I don’t eat at Subway very often and always at treat) and ordered.There was two people back counter. One was more interested on someone else instead of people who are customers ( she obviously was distracted this guy). I paid for drink and sub. The pop fountain wasn’t working probably and didn’t have the syrup that was needed. I went and waited for 5 minutes before any employee noticed I was stand there. The guy just standing there ( who was hanging out distracted the female behind the counter) said try again and this happens often and won’t get their syrup in till next week.
I tried the wraps and found them to be excellent. Not sure why Subway isn't doing better except that they have oversold locations. They are on top of each other. The subs are priced right and their ingredients are fresh and tasty.

I got a weirdly cut bun, the meat is only on the very left of the bun so that I only get meat in one bite, not the whole sandwich, a lot of the vegetables weren't even in the bun, and I asked for light mayo and the lady put way to much. It looks like the lady working there just tossed it together. The last time I went there a very nice young lady put the sandwich together it was very neat and nice and I got the same thing. A BLT.
