Avoid this subway at all costs. The location on middle belt, grand river and in walmart are all owned by the same franchisee. None of them accept coupons. They lie about their hours. Multiple times between 8 and 9 pm I have been turned away when their hours posted on their door state they are open till 11 pm and their hours on Google maps confirm the same thing. Google maps says "updated 2 weeks ago" so the hours are correct online but the workers very rudely ignore when you approach the door. Another time when I made it in earlier I asked one of the workers that turned me away within their hours of operation why they lock their door before the posted hours on the sign as well as online and she repeatedly just said "ask management" but when asked how to get ahold of management she just repeated "ask management". Apparently that particular employee is favored by management because when I drove to the other two locations the employees there all knew exactly who the employee was that I complained about at the middle belt location, confirmed that all 3 locations were owned by the same franchise, and confirmed that nobody that worked at any of the locations liked that employee. The situation of being turned away within open hours multiple times happened in April of 2023 and this is now January 2024 and the same employee still works there and we are all still having the same problems with their service. 3 weeks ago a different employee accepted my coupon for any footlong for $6.99 which gave me hope that things have changed. But today I was turned away by the same rude employee from before and told "we don't accept those coupons, we changed the rules" that's what she also said back in April. I would avoid this subway chain at all costs. It's not worth the hassle or the poor customer service.

I really like this Subway, and have gone to it despite having one a few minutes from my house. They're really kind, and I always appreciate how hard they work. I'm glad to walk in and see Vishnu and another employee (I never catch/remember her name!) working!

Visited this subway November 9th at 5:40pm, Wish I could have given 0 stars, was going to place order, but my 6 year old grand daughter needed to use the restroom first, I was told she could not, no public restrooms. And she was rude about it. Never going back.

The main worker (20 year oldish african american female) is one of the most obnoxious, rude, unprofessional workers i have ever come in contact with ever. She is so impatient and rude with every action she makes and every word that comes out of her mouth. personally she has been this way with me every single time i come in the store and i continue to say please and thank you for everything i ask for and all i get back is attitude and disrespect. I also am aware of several other people who has the same type of interactions with the same worker and some how she is still employed and that is 100% managements fault. One instance i feel the need to share is when i watched someone to KINDLY ask her to change her gloves and use a new knife (due to allergy's) and she continued to start YELLING and CUSSING at the customer and also called them racist when ALL they did was ask for a clean sandwich. I have never experienced this in my life and am just clueless how she is still employed. this is outrageous and subway management and corporate needs to DO BETTER!!!!

Visited this Subway hoping for a pleasant meal. While we were initially greeted well, things took a sharp turn when my husband attempted to use the restroom. Despite being a dining establishment, they had their restrooms locked. Upon voicing my concerns about Michigan's regulations regarding restroom access in dining places, a staff member responded quite aggressively, claiming they have the right to restrict access. This unprofessional behavior soured our entire experience. We took our food and left, vowing never to return.

The guy making my sandwich was putting the smallest amount of ingredients on the sandwich to where it was comical. I asked to use the restroom after buying my sandwich because I wanted to sit inside and eat. They said no, go next door. And when we asked why we couldn't use it, the lady there started arguing saying Michigan health department says they don't need to allow anyone to use their restrooms. That's the least you could do for a paying customer. Low quality staff. 10/24 1pm

On Thursday, September 21, 2023, I went to visit the aforementioned location. Upon entering the location I ask the server if they sold the smaller salad he told me yes and pointed to the smaller bowls. I told him that’s perfect. He then started to prepare the salad by asking me my choice of toppings. I told him I wanted some tomato’s . He took the tomato and then placed them in the palm of his hands and cut them up and placed them on the salad.? I told him that was unsanitary. He then proceeded to make the salad over but his manager who was extremely rude came out. She then started closing the down the cabinets where the food item are store and instructed me to go to another location. As I attempted to explain what had just happened she told me to go home and eat. These are the type of managers this business employs!!!!! He tried to correct the problem.I tried to tell her it was unsanitary how he cut the tomatoes in hands and he should change out the gloves and use the counter top. But instead she tells me to eat @ home .I’m outraged by the service I received @ this location.
