Tropical Smoothie is overall great, but this location is horrible. I ordered my meal 2 hrs in advance, finally got my order after waiting for 20 min, and then they made it wrong. I’m pretty sure my smoothie was missing ingredients as well because it tasted very different from when i get the exact same thing at my usual location. A very lackluster and despicable experience for me.

As much as I want to think it's okay things happen, this happening twice is just unacceptable. I've ordered a three cheese chicken dilla two different times and found a long dark hair under the food the first time and cooked IN the food the second time. Incredibly disappointing. If you're making anything regarding food you'd think that you would have to put your hair up. Was offered a refund but needed to come back, but never had the chance to go back and get it.

Abe went above and beyond for our place of business today (group order of 13 people). We tried placing an online order 3 or 4x and it would not go thru. We then called to see if we could email the online order to him in which we did. Computer issues were getting to the best of us and he came to our place of business, grabbed the orders, took them back to be made and hand delivered everything within 15-20 minutes. Customer service top notch. He was fast, efficient and very accommodating.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! This place disappoints and disgusts me of how the workers are treated, this used to be my favorite tropical smoothie location up until about I wanna say a month ago. I say this because this place recently got a new manager and he ultimately disrespected these girls/coworkers he bosses around. He’s rude to not only the employees but he is rude to the customers as well. From what I see He does the same thing he complains to them about, tell them to get off their phones while he’s on his and they are cleaning he doesn’t set a good example. I preferred this place when the management and staff felt more of like a family now it just feels and looks like a monarchy. I advise to Get better management for your workers and for your customers I would like to enjoy this location not feel uncomfortable if I felt this way Cant imagine how the workers feel

Horrible management at 5 mile in Livonia. Avoid this location at all costs! They delivered my food covered in aluminum foil and said that is how many restaurants do it. No restaurants with passing health inspections. Management extremely rude. Customer service goes a long way, was a kale apple slaw really worth having customers call corporate on you? Remove the item from being available if you are not equipped to provide it in adequate containers. She said all complaints would come to her anyway well hopefully she's there when the health department complaint comes in.
