I did a mobile order and put Drive thru. I go through the drive thru to pick up my order, only for the person to tell me i have to come inside to get my order. I had to get out of my car to go inside to get food they could have literally passed me through the window ? what’s the point of the app at this point..

I ordered online so when I got there everything could be done and ready. Well I get there (mind you it's a 20min drive) it's not ready but that's fine I got a large order what's a lil wait. They start sending my drinks out with no carrier because you know every vehicle has 6 cup holders. Well, I ask for a carrier so they don't spill, and I place them into it myself. I'm missing an OJ, but I figured it may be in the bags, same with all 5 straws. Well I get my 3 bags they shoved everything into and waiting on my OJ they go to give me orange Fanta I explain my kids don't drink pop and it was bottled OJ and she shuts the window hard and yells I need an bottle OJ to another employee and something else you couldn't really hear from outside. She hands it out and then slams the window on me while saying thank you. I ordered a L frostie and a M frostie and ended up with 2 M. I get home, I have 0 sauces and I got 5 meals 4 with bbq and 1 with ghost pepper sauce. I'm also missing 1 spicy nugget. I went here because I went one day and they were the ONLY one with seasoned fries but this time they weren't seasoned. I'd go to ANY other one over this because mainly condiments and silverware was missing plus they gave plenty saltines for my chili but the attitude over me wanting my order CORRECT is what I have the biggest issue with I just spent $40 to be treated like it's a crime to get what I ordered and paid for

I tried to write this with no Star, but they won’t let me, This Wendy’s doesn’t deserve a star But this comment is for this lady named Rachel. If you were going to fire somebody make sure you bring that person in to work..you are so unprofessional, We can hear your whole conversation by the window while picking up our food. If I was the person on the phone I would’ve quit too by the way you talk to them coworker. This Wendy’s the worst Wendy’s I ever been to.Parking: I don’t care
