Visited today January 6, store was immaculately clean, staff was busy at work, everybody I saw order received piping hot fresh food. CHRIS is amazing, customer service stellar and that’s rare these days. I had gotten an attitude because I saw someone pickup before me and thought he had just left me standing there. My husband and I haven't been to a BigBoy since before Covid. We decided to go tonight and I must say that while the food was quite good, the prices gave us sticker shock. I ordered onion rings with my slim Jim. The menu said it was a dollar more, but I knew it would be. The waiter then explained there would be an up charge for the onion rings and I said okay. When the bill came, my slim Jim was an extra dollar higher, but then I was charged an additional $3.99 for the onion rings....read full review

Manager was rude when they were busy, the store was filthy, the dining area floor was super sticky and dirty and had trash on the floor. Food got me and my friend both sick. I will not be back to this specific
