Granted, I don’t expect 5-star restaurant service from Wingstop, but this was easily the worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I told them my name, wasn’t given a wait time, so I’m just sitting there for 20 minutes. Got my food (happy it was fresh) but I made a mistake & ordered the wrong flavor. The lady told me i couldn’t get the flavor I meant to order. I really just feel like she didn’t wanna do it because she looked miserable anyways. I worked in the food industry for 5 years, never turned down an opportunity to satisfy a customer. That just goes to show you their priorities aren’t customer service. Wasn’t going to kill you to fry 4 more boneless wing. On to the food tho… fries were SALTY, my chicken was raw, and the sauce was oily/runny. I’ve never had that from Wingstop. Won’t be returning & I’ll be contacting a manager for a refund because I took a video of this disgusting food made by a nasty attitude having lady.

Manager was rude when they were busy, the store was filthy, the dining area floor was super sticky and dirty and had trash on the floor. Food got me and my friend both sick. I will not be back to this specific

We enjoy wing stop but when they are busy their employees are rude and act like you are doing something wrong eating there.
Waited about 45 minutes for a 15 piece plain chicken wings. I tried this place for the first time and will NOT be returning. I took back the chicken that I could not eat. Way overcooked hardly no meat on. This was a take out order.
Everything was cold even though I had to wait for it to be done. Fry’s had so much salt they couldn’t even be eaten. Chicken strips tasted good but were cold so I would eat here again.

Visited today January 6, store was immaculately clean, staff was busy at work, everybody I saw order received piping hot fresh food. CHRIS is amazing, customer service stellar and that’s rare these days. I had gotten an attitude because I saw someone pickup before me and thought he had just left me standing there. Alas, the food wasn’t done yet but he gave me a charming smile and patiently explained the situations and assured me it’d be fresh and done shortly. He also apologized for the slight discrepancy He was able to smooth things over easily. I am pleased and will return.

The Other bad reviews don't lie, this is an absolutely atrocious establishment with the worst service imaginable.5 or 6 people waiting in store while the young man at the counter is chatting on the phone, he puts phone down, casually walks in back and then back out front and proceeds to pick up phone in front of all customers waiting and start mumbling again into phone at the surprise of everyone there.There are other staff present, they are all chatting and laughing to themselves, everyone has a bad energy l, really apathetic and mean looking.The other people in crowd all seem to have a issue with what they ordered.Place is a diaster.I wont ever be darkening its door again.I advise the owners to invest in more professional staff.

Absolutely the WORST food I have ever eaten. How is this place still in business? Corporate needs to fire the employees working Tuesday night on 01/02/2024 because they don’t give not one care in the world. I was placed on hold for 15 min and then hung up on. Terrible service through and though. Got 40 wings ordered online, and my family was disgusted. The fries were burned and covered in a sweet BBQ seasoning, even though we never asked for this. We have never eaten anything worse than this and will NEVER return. So bad that I am demanding my money back.
