The man at the drive thru tonight, Joshua, provided excellent customer service, confirming my order at the window and his uplifting mood made me smile. He was friendly and genuine! Thank you for the awesome service! Not only that, but my curly fries were hot and so was my sandwich. Honestly made my whole night!
The corporation needs to update the flooring system inside their locations here and nearby where there have been complaints by customers and staff that the flooring is gooey, sticky and unsightly. This has been the case for months. Certainly stomach-churning. Please, do us all a favor and change out this messy problem.Parking: I think the handicapped parking is fine for two car slots, but the sidewalk ramp is far from the east side doorway entrance. Unsure what happened today but I ordered a classic chicken with extra mayo. They put so much mayo on it that it was a sloppy mess. I couldn't pick it up to eat it like a sandwich. I had to use a fork which takes away from the overall taste when having to eat it piece by piece. The shredded lettuce was a huge mess mixed with mayo. I usually get better food here so not giving zero stars for this reason. Staff generally pretty friendly.
