Jimmy Johns is usually a quick, easy go-to for my family. We stopped here on our way to Detroit for a weekend trip and the service was incredibly slow. They weren't busy (at least inside the restaurant wasn't, we were the only ones in there). Definitely not "freaky fast" and then they forgot to include my son's sub. My husband went up and they found it just sitting to the side. If you're good about checking your order and don't mind waiting, this is your place.
*** Edit. As of today 4/5/22 I had the manager/owner personally call me to apologize and to get down to the bottom of why it happened. Kuddos to the customer service at this location!!!Great sandwiches however- you guys need to look at the produce you are putting on your sandwiches. Just went through the drive through and picked up a sandwich, got back to work and opened it up to eat it…. Old moldy gross lettuce! And I don’t have time to go back out and return it. Nick and Brett were nearing closing time but took care of us as if there was no rush. They were very pleasant. Great work ethic ?. We appreciate them so much because it was 2 minutes before closing time!!!
