Normally have a great experience but today was not one of those days. I had gotten my meal before my drink which was a water. Completely unacceptable it shouldn’t take longer than 2-4 mins to grab a water but instead waited 20 minutes. The server was completely rude and kept walking away while I was talking to her. She had to make multiple trips because she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence which was a waste of her time and mine. The manager is barely in the dining area and there was multiple times people were looking for a server and there was not a single staff member to be found.

Our waitress was amazing and we truly want to thank her for taking care of us.Some of food TRASH. 5/0Steaks cold ??Pasta horrible. 0/0??The pasta sauce was watery and flavorless. ?? 0/0The meat was seasoned okay. ? 5/10The boomerang margarita board excellent ? 10/10The strawberry lemonade sangria excellent ? 10/10Skillet cookie excellent ?10/10Thunder down under brownie with ice cream excellent ?10/10Overall experience was 6/10 but the customer service being so stellar, definitely saved the day.We are willing to come back and just order something different or maybe order the same thing.Perhaps the chef just was having a bad day. It could be that, that's just the recipe and it is what it is.So don't take this review too personal because everybody's taste buds are different.However the cold steaks was unacceptable. That's need immediate improvement.Thank you for taking the time to read this review again till their waitress we really appreciate her Thank you for her kindness and taking care of us. She was apart of making my daughter's birthday was amazing.Vegetarian options: They have meatless options.And you can omit the me from a lot of the menu items.

The Madison Heights location went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner pleasant. The food was delicious (got steak and lobster tail special), the homemade potato soup fantastic. Our waitress Jasmine was cheerful, helpful (answering questions) and just a delight. The bus staff quick to bring and clear dishes. When we asked to speak to the manager Chris, he was just as pleasant. After meeting him I see why the staff is so good. Thank you all!

This was possibly the worst prime rib sandwich I ever had the misfortune of ordering. The meat was cut way too thick, cut in thick hunks, and there was big chunks of fat. The bread was soggy and the fries were slightly salty. The best thing about the entire meal was the complimentary bread. My family of three each ordered this sandwich and were all very disappointed. This item is so bad it needs to be pulled from the menu immediately. I'm sure no customer has ever ordered this sandwich more than once. The baked potato soup had potential but fell short of the mark...perhaps because it needed more potatoes and less sodium.
Both excellent service $ food. Thanks to our server Tabitha who is friendly,fast and helpful.

Food was spot on. Medium rare 8oz sirloin and half rack of ribs. Only issue is service is slow but that can be regarded by not having enough staff.Still a go to spot when I am in the area.
I ordered 13oz. Ribeye with coconut shrimp , a baked pota, o anan a onion soup.Soup: excellentBaked potato: deliciousCoconut Shrimp: bahhRibeye: well cooked ( medium well as I ordered), but a lot of fat more than 50% of the cit was only fat, not meat. And the favor I think I can cook a better cut on my stove at home.Waitress service was very good, but there's a lack of personnel, so we wait around 45 minutes after order to receive our dinner.I think it will be a long time to visit Outback again....
