Waited 20 minutes for my meal, just to receive the wrong one. When I went back in to let them know i got the wrong sandwich the woman said "oh I know". So, was I purposely given the wrong sandwich in hopes I wouldn't notice? I ordered the chicken bacon and Swiss with no honey mustard, I got a chicken bacon and Swiss with EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD ONLY.I normally don't have such terrible service, but this was outrageous that I was purposely given the wrong sandwich.

Pulled up to drive thru to order and there were cochroaches on the speaker! Seeing that only 20 feet from back door of restaurant leads me to believe the roaches are inside too. This is a HUGE health hazard and not to mention disgusting ? train your employees to clean and hire an exterminater asap!-VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR OUR SMALL TOWN OF MASON MI...LEFT WITHOUT ORDERING!

Dirty inside, sticky floors throughout. There were several items marked unavailable on the menu (we found out some were available, but only after ordering and paying), and others not listed but informed verbally while ordering. Fountain machine was watery across the board, a large ketchup refill for the pump was left out on the counter instead of in the empty dispenser, requiring you to use packets while inside. Food was terrible! Ordered 2 smokehouse brisket sandwiches (cheddar was out so ordered with Swiss **which they charged $0.50 on each and didn't mention**, but this wasn't even on the sandwich, the sandwiches were much thinner than usual and comprised of mainly fat in big chunks, the crispy onions were mushy and lacking, the barbecue sauce was lathered on so thick it could be used for another 4 sandwiches, seemingly to mask the rest of the issues. The most glaring issue was an earwig that fell out of one of the sandwich foil bags!). 3 of my family members had very upset stomachs after this, causing them to be sick immediately after. When brought up to the only employee still in the restaurant area, he walked to the back and disappeared with the rest, only to see them all outside on break while I was making a complaint online.

Ok food was ok. The curly frys were only filled halfway in the container. The floors were slippery. Someone could fall. They need washed with hot water and soap. The female restroom needed cleaned and toilet paper. My husband was waiting to us the men's restroom when a employee who had been in there for about 15 to 20 minutes (must of took he's break in there). But as he waited he watched the manager bring back and order from outside and completed she wish they would make up there minds and the processed to dump the fries back with the other one mix them up and refill the fry boxes. I would not eat there again.
