Over all clean- clean pop area, windows were washed, floor looked clean except a few fries, some tables needed to wiped down, trash was empty. Cashier was very nice. Even gave us a coupon. Blueberry lemonade was amazing!!
Kids nugget meals hardly had any nuggets. It was mostly tiny breading pieces. None of the fries were filled more than halfway and were hardly warm. Also, Arby's has changed their roast beef and it is not good. Will not be going back.

Waited 20 minutes for my meal, just to receive the wrong one. When I went back in to let them know i got the wrong sandwich the woman said "oh I know". So, was I purposely given the wrong sandwich in hopes I wouldn't notice? I ordered the chicken bacon and Swiss with no honey mustard, I got a chicken bacon and Swiss with EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD ONLY.I normally don't have such terrible service, but this was outrageous that I was purposely given the wrong sandwich.
