So on an unspecified day last week, I ordered a Big New Yorker. Just cheese, light sauce.Ordered at 1214pm, the pizza is going to arrive at 1250pm. Cool, it's around lunch, I expected the wait. At 1255pm PizzaHut says it's on its way, via their website. Ordered the small dinner box. It said 15min it would be ready. I had stopped by a store and picked up ice cream. We when I went to pick pizza up I was waiting and a man came to me and said they burned my garlic bread and I have to wait for another to cook 6-7 min.Got home opened the box and it all looked awful. Usually I enjoy Pizza Hut, this time it was a big miss, the pasta wasn't quite cooked right, there was a lack of sauce in the dish, and the Melt I had was abysmal, burnt near black, hard as a rock with a lack of filling.It's unfortunate given I usually have fairly decent experiences with them, who knows, maybe it was an off day and I just happened to be the unlucky customer lol
