It was my first visit to a Firehouse Sub shop. I had a club type sandwich (Hero, I think they called it). The sandwich was generous, tasty, and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices seem a tad higher than S_bway. But the meat does seem to be a bit higher quality.The only complaints I had was that it was extremely hard to eat this thing without it falling apart. You need a plate under it, and lots of napkins after using your fingers to try to repeatedly reassemble it.Also, I would have preferred to place a mobile order. But I was paying with a gift card, and they don't allow those for mobile orders or online orders (they need to fix that).

Ordered 2 subs and both were so soggy we could hardly eat them. I will definitely not be going back. I paid way to much to have a sub falling apart and soggy.

Asked for no onions, added onions. Asked if we wanted pickles,"yes". NO pickles. No other customers in the facility. How could they screw up the order?Parking: Bad location. On the corner of a very busy intersection.

I don’t know what it is about this location but the employees must hate their jobs because almost every time I order from here I get treated like I’m an inconvenience and my order is never right. When I called my order in today the lady who took my order on the phone kept saying “yup” “uh huh” and didn’t give me a time frame nor confirmed what I had ordered, I had to do that for them.This location needs some good lessons on genuine customer service because you don’t treat people that way.I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to take my order when I called and it sounded like there was a lot of “messing around” between co workers while I was on the phone waiting to place my order.I am all about having fun on the job but their is a time and a place and it’s not appropriate to make your customers wait at the sake of you having a good time.
Some of the employees have been consistently unfriendly and unapproachable as if they can't be bothered. Others have been friendly and curious. Either way the food is almost always amazing.

Love Firehouse subs. Service is great and the food is amazing. The Engineer sub is my go-to. The inside could use a little bit of cleaning... And some stocking in the self-serve area, but otherwise loved this for a quick lunch spot.
