Some of the employees have been consistently unfriendly and unapproachable as if they can't be bothered. Others have been friendly and curious. Either way the food is almost always amazing.
Love Firehouse subs. Service is great and the food is amazing. The Engineer sub is my go-to. The inside could use a little bit of cleaning... And some stocking in the self-serve area, but otherwise loved this for a quick lunch spot.

It was my first visit to a Firehouse Sub shop. I had a club type sandwich (Hero, I think they called it). The sandwich was generous, tasty, and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Their prices seem a tad higher than S_bway. But the meat does seem to be a bit higher quality.The only complaints I had was that it was extremely hard to eat this thing without it falling apart. You need a plate under it, and lots of napkins after using your fingers to try to repeatedly reassemble...read full review
