“The three of us went there for lunch and got there about 11:30. By the time it was 12:30, the restaurant was packed! And no wonder, we all had completely different means, and they were delicious! The portions were "ginormous" and everything we got was soooo tasty! The waitress was as sweet as she could be and the manager constantly walked around asking if everything was all right. I wish I lived closer than an hour away because I would be enjoying this restaurant quite frequently!“

It was $7.99 for the platter that had two puffy tacos, Mexican rice, and refried beans. All quite tasty and more than I could eat at one sitting. I took home a deliciousl slice of rhubarb custard pie for later.“

“I scheduled a Celebration of Life event on Wednesday afternoon July 13th, reserving one of the 2 private rooms that are available for gatherings. I gave a $100 deposit which was later subtracted from the total bill.. so there was no charge for the room. The large room holds up to 100 people, we were in the smaller room, having a guest list of 23. My guests raved about the food and our server Rebecca. She did a Great job, very attentive, and friendly. Thanks also to Jackie, and the rest of the staff. Kudos to the kitchen! “Ordered the chicken kabob dinner with the extra skewer, added tzaziki sauce on the side. Absolutely phenomenal. The marinade on the chicken is perfect and the chicken is so tender..The red sauce for the rice was nothing to write home about but it wasn’t bad by any means. The rice was good but the chicken kabob was the star and the tzaziki makes you not even care about the underwhelming parts of the dish.Our server was GREAT! The place was packed and there was only 3 servers that I could see. I’m glad they don’t overstaff and I’m sure the girls clean up but our server seemed to be a bit nervous because kept apologizing and thanking us for our patience but we weren’t in any rush or angry by any means. They have been in business for a LONG time and there is definitely a good reason for that. I just hope the girls there get treated well by the owners.“

The atmosphere is top notch, while it may seem small, it has two nice wings that bring you between bright and cozy to lowly lit and romantic. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Best cornbread I've ever had and their hush puppies are what hush puppies should be, at least this far north! Highly recommend you go and go again. The service was friendly and responsive too. Asked the server for her recommendations and went with the chicken ceasar wrap and tater tots. She said everyone loves the tots. My food came and I almost fell over with the portion size of the tots. Ridiculous amount! ? I was thinking they loved them for the flavor or they were made in house but neither were true. In my opinion, they should cut the portion in half and at least toss them in some easy fry seasoning which is super simple and cost effective. The wrap was decent but I wished it had more dressing. That probably was my fault tho because I asked for extra feta so that dries it out some.Overall really good first impression! I'd be back to try more. Heck, I might even allow my husband to come along.“

We had a party of 8, and the service was efficient except we had 2 members who wanted separate bills and even reconfirmed, and the waiter agreed but did not accommodate them. The portions are always great, and the meals are like comfort food.“
