I visited the Northville location at 8:17am on January 6, 2023. The 3 female associates were absolutely wonderful. My sandwich was perfect, and the entire visit was really great because of the friendly and efficient team of women. Thank you for being so kind and genuinely happy with your approach to each of the customers.
I'm not totally understanding all of the negative review. Every time I get Einstein Bagels I am satisfied and happy. I love ordering the everything bagel with cream cheese, lox and tomato. I would say the nova is a little on the cheap side and they don't give you a very good amount, but when I order it the total comes to less than $10 and I'm always happy with it. Service takes a little bit longer sometimes so if that's the issue I would say order online. You can pick it up 15...read full review

This is a great establishment located in a strip mall type setting. The team members here are friendly and helpful. They do a good job at keeping a variety of bagels regardless of the time of day. I have stopped in for breakfast and lunch. I have been greeted warmly and my orders are flawlessly prepared. Thanks so much!! Keep up the great work ?
