Came here wanted the brisket Bagel they were out of it. As we were finishing our meal, they kicked us out because they were closing at 2 PM. Won’t Come back just for the simple fact that their customer service sucks. Staff was rude. Two thumbs down!?

Hello. I ordered a coffee and bagel and she tried charging me 23 dollars. While making my coffee the women was talking to her coworker and I waited ten minutes. They were just standing there and talking when all I needed was the whip cream on top to leave. It felt very awkward as I was staring and waiting for their conversation to be done. The conversation was not about work. I feel that workers must ensure all customers are taking care of before getting distracted and talking about misc. things. Won't be coming back to this location I'll try the Plymouth one.

Apparently "toasted" means burnt. Who would serve this?! They had to add cream cheese afterward so their quality assurance is horrible. This was topped off with the world's sweetest macchiato. NEVER ordering here again.
The bagels are always amazing and I love the hash brown patties! They always have the food ready on time if ordering ahead.
