My wife and I had trouble finding this place in Nordstroms (it's on the 2nd floor). We each had a salad entree, one with chicken and the other with salmon. We opted for the ginger salad dressing for the chicken and the Green Goddess dressing for the salmon. The ginger dressing was good but the Green Goddess tasted awful. The two salads and coffee set us back over $50.
I am surprised that Cafe Bistro hasn't had a Yelp review in over two years. I visited the restaurant after a day of shopping and had a great time. The ordering process was convenient, you order at the counter (including tip) and a server comes to your table to pick up the check and bring your order. I ordered the Steak Frite and my companion ordered the Salmon Nicoise Salad. Went shopping at Twelve Oaks Mall and stubbled upon this great bistro on the second floor of Nordstrom’s. I ordered the French dip sandwich with fries and lemonade, it was exceptional. The service was great with Rebecca, and Dana the manager even came by as well. Can’t wait to stop by to see you guys again and try that wood fired pizza!
