09/19/23: Was shopping in the Twelve Oaks mall and stopped at Charley’s to grab dinner with my son. We used the kiosk to place our order and team member, Frank, popped over to let us know that our order would take about 10 minutes due to orders ahead of ours and that he was working the front and grill by himself. I dined in on 3-11-22 let me start off by saying Alan was a phenomenal server! Alan was so personable told me about the rewards app and helped the customer get the best bang for the buck!
