Sharissa was amazing! She was very friendly and made sure everything in my order was just the way I wanted it. They seemed a little short staffed and she was running around like crazy but that’s not her fault. Very satisfied, actually enjoyed my McDonald’s visit because of her.

Drive thru was wrapped out to the mall loop so we went inside. Waited at the counter for 10 min. Female manager finally walks over to say kios orders only. Seriously.... might want to put a sign up. When we finally got our food. Only half our order was there. Took another 5 min for her to come back to the counter. Then she still didn't give us the syrup even tho she said she put some in there. Managers like her are why my kids will never work fast food.

The sandwich I got through the drive thru was great, but the order taker did not ring me up for a hashbrown. I didn't realize this until I got to the 2nd window. The gentleman at the window didn't even offer a solution, just "nope, sorry" and then shut the window. I called afterward, and I was told that there wasn't a drawer at the 2nd window, so I would've had to go through drive thru again or come inside to get a hashbrown. There was NO ONE behind me. They couldn't walk back and ring it up at the back cash register or at a counter register and take my money right there because there was no drawer at that window?? I wasn't asking for a free one! I worked at a McDonald's once upon a time, and that's what we did in that situation!! And they want $15/hour?? You don't deserve $15 if you can't figure out a common, simple solution! Very poor customer service!!

Absolutely worst McDonald’s ever, bruh took like 30 minutes for two six pieces. The two managers stood there complaining about not enough workers, yet they are just up front bagging, bruh go back and make my food instead of complaining.
