Pizza ain't fresh , it's there a day ago and it's hard to eat , the guy charged me about 13$ for trash.. i don't recommend make order or buy any kind of food, they gonna try to steal you , beside the more than 1 day old food.. run

I moved to Southfield 6 months ago, and have visited this Little Ceasers several times. Each time the service has been terrible; especially at night, and especially this last time, on the night of Sunday, March 17. The food sucks for a Little Caesars, as well. I will not be coming back again.This is the worst Little Ceasers in Metro-Detroit.

I ordered pizza for my kids while I was on bed rest my order came completely wrong I called the store and spoke with Nick the manager who stated that he apologized he realized the order was wrong however could not catch the driver in time and could comp my entire meal to pick up I advised I couldn’t drive right now due to my condition he stated that wasn’t a problem he wrote my name down and I could come get it at anytime. I sent my mother and my children up there to grab the order today he turns my family away and says I should had came within 14 days yet he never gave a time frame he says it is a reasonable time well I asked why didn’t he refund me because I stated to him I was on Bedrest And could not drive it is well under 30 days we asked for something in writing that said 14 days as he did not provide a time frame he stated he doesn’t have anything. He stated I could had got a refund if I came up there I advised how when he never mentioned a date or a refund he made it seem as if my only option was a remake with no time frame I’m so disappointed and disheartening at your Customer service I have a large social media following I will be posting this online you all made my order wrong that was to be delivered then chatted me out of a refund or a remake of my meal then you all were rude and cruel. I’ll never eat here again

After placing an order for 2 orders of Crazy Bread and Sauce and 2 orders of wings at the drive-thru, I was instructed to park in Spot #3 and wait. However, what was supposed Hot & Ready turned into a frustrating 20-minute wait in my car.In an attempt to expedite the process or receive some form of communication, I entered the store. Shockingly, I encountered a complete absence of customer service. No one greeted me upon entering, and despite my attempts to get assistance from the workers in the back, I continued to be ignored. I was further disappointed when a manager passed by multiple times without acknowledging the situation or our presence. What was even more frustrating was that I could clearly see wings and crazy bread ready in the warmers.After an additional 15 minutes without any progress or communication, a staff member finally emerged from the back with food for another customer who had also been waiting. I took the opportunity to inform him of my extended wait, expecting an apology or some form of remorse. However, he simply asked for my order details and handed it to me without expressing any concern.I am genuinely disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism displayed by your staff. Little Caesars has always represented more than just great food – it stands for quality, convenience, and efficiency. Unfortunately, this recent experience has shattered my expectations.

Showed up at 9:30 to get pizza after a long day of work. Doors were locked. The kid inside with his air pods in looked at me and walked towards the back.The hours posted say they close at 10. What kind of store, especially a corporate store, locks up a half hour early?Also just tried to call and no one answered. Now i remember why I don't eat little caesars. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don't purchase hot and ready!2nd time and both were dried out and hard!!!Ate one slice put it in trash both times not going back and im sure they don't care. Wings was ? ?️
