Since my 1st review, I learned this is much more than a pizza joint. Its more of a carry out italian restauant. If you crave top notch, quality italian food, this is the place. I usually get the meatballs with the eggplan parmesan. Just delicious! This place makes the best meatballs. Texture is prefect. Flavor is spot on. It comes in a marinara sauce and a generous dollop of creamy riccota. The eggplant parmesan is properly cooked and also delicious. It comes with a side of spagetti. Only critique is the side of pasta lacks sauce. It is a bit pricey, but 2 will eat this for 2 days, so the value is there. This is about as good if not better then most other quality dine in Italian restaurants. And the nicest thing is the staff is excedingly friendly and an absolute pleasure to interact with.

We’ve gotten pizza delivered from here twice. The first time it was amazing, especially the garlic knots. The second time was so-so. But still, I’m excited to go back, looking forward to dining in and trying their other items.Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian typically, but I noticed there were a couple of delicious looking vegetarian pizza options. I can’t speak on any entrees as I had pizza tunnel-vision at the time :)

I'm quite disappointed. It's big and bland. Skimpy on the sauce and cheese.. I gave them a 2nd star just for their clean presentation and the attempt. But this is far from a desirable pie. Marinara tastes like tomato soup, and the side of ranch was only a 1/2 filled small container. For nearly $30- this is a rip.

We are from Montreal, Canada, we were craving Pizza. We stopped here, the pizza was delicious. An Italian family business, the service was excellent and friendly. We had a slice of cheese, a slice of pepperoni&Cheese and a grandma vegetarian - the portions were generous. We also tried their garlic bread- sooo good. Everything was fresh and authentic. If i lived here i would definitely frequent this establishment and try their home made pasta.grazie a tutta la famiglia for the wonderful food.Ciao

Chicken Parm is fuggin' gooood. Dang. Man, reminds me of when I was a kid and my grandma made it. Really good.

Ordered take out for the first time just a few weeks ago. Had a meat filled pizza, knots, and a salad. Don't call- no one answers- order online. The large is too much for two unless you want a lot of leftovers. Pizza was square and thick- not Detroit style though. No vegan cheese. (If you're curious.)

As someone who lived in NY for 7 years, it’s nice to have real NY/jersey and “grandma” style pizza back home in MI.. and Rocco’s is legit!! I also appreciate that they sell pizza by the slice (hard to find here but very common in NY). Their buffalo wings are excellent and salads are always fresh. I’ll continue being a regular customer. Highly recommend!
10/10 recommend. Crust was perfect. Homemade sauce and the pepperonis were curled. We'll be back!!! My fiancée almost ordered 2 days in a row. Lol compliments to the chef. ;)

Rocco’s Pizza is absolutely amazing. I moved to Ferndale about a year ago and this place quickly became a hot spot for me and my love for pizza. The lasagna has also become one of my favorite dishes for dinner, it’s so good! I’m still uncertain if I go there for the delicious pizza or the charming company of Imma, the wonderful woman who is normally at the counter, Perhaps both. I very much recommend this place to anyone who is skeptical, I’ve yet to be disappointed.
