I called tropical smoothie to ask about ingredients in their Mango Monsoon smoothie - I ended up speaking with Steven, the GM and he read off the ingredients to me. Turns out I’m allergic to something in it so he went through all the smoothies on the menu that wouldn’t contain that ingredient. This location stands out above the others in customer service. I dropped my smoothie into my croc, they gave me paper towels and a rag to clean myself up AND replaced my smoothie. They truly go above and beyond.

Please check your orders before you taste. They mixed up our order and gave my daughter a peanut butter smoothie instead of the Sunrise sunset that we ordered. She is highly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. She took a drink and immediately spit it out. Hoping we don’t end up in the hospital tonight.
