“These are some of the best cookies and small baked goods I've had since I stopped baking myself! I have not tasted anything yet that I wasn't an immediate fan of, so much so that I have to pace myself to eating just one or two a day instead of my entire purchase when I get home. The scones are the most moist and tasty I've ever had (even the jalapeno, which I didn't think I'd like). The mini-banana breads are a delight, and the cookies (especially the Snickerdoodles) just take me right back to my mother's/aunt's/and my own baking! Just a wonderful shop!“

“I drive 20 miles just for their pies! They have a great selection, whole pies or by the slice. They also have hand pies! Last time I got coconut cream, strawberry/rhubarb, keylime. All were delicious! If you want pie, this is the place! The staff are very friendly as well.“

“My family loves this place so I had to try it. The strawberry bagel bomb was delicious, the sausage egg and cheese bomb was very good. I tried their blueberry scone and while it did taste good I do not understand how it can be called a scone. It was more like a very soft blueberry biscuit. The bubble tea was overly sweet and not at all traditional bubble tea (I wasn’t expecting it to be but it was no where near as good as actual boba). The ambiance was amazing. My sister loves their hot chocolate, I didn’t try it. Their coffee with cream was a three out of five.“

“Love these donuts! I'll have to take pics next time! They have this pineapple upside down muffin, it's to die for! We always get a variety! They have so many to choose from but it's definitely best to get there earlier in the day, so you can have a wider selection.“

The tables in the restaurant are a positive as there are many different kinds, high top, low top, and booths, which allows people to chose what they prefer, and could also allow for more accessibility. The bathrooms at the back of the restaurant have wide doors, are very large, and are singles, which could help if someone needed more space in the bathroom for various reasons.“

“They did our daughters first birthday cakes - 1 for guests and 1 smash cake. Not only were the decorations better than what we imagined but the cake was delicious. My guests were asking to take some home. The customer service was top notch as well. We won’t go anywhere else for cakes!“

“YATES has the BEST Hard-Ice-Cream in Lake Orion, my family is lucky to be able to bike-ride here to burn those calories. We LOVE the coffee & donuts, cider, many unique food items honey, pretzels, jams. HINT: Ask for a Harry Potter BUTTERBEER shake... no, its not as good as the ones at Universal but wowzer,,, its good enough to fill your craving until your next trip to FL“

“As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with so many friendly faces great customer service, fair prices, and so friendly. They immediately gave my kids balloons and free samples to try keeping them very happy while we chose our flavors very quick service honestly have no complaints at all. I will be back very soon.“
