Delivery driver must have pocketed my payment because they claim I didn't pay for an order but I did and even gave him a nice tip. When I asked to speak to a manager about it they refused and told me I'd need to call back in the morning because they were busy. Then when I called back they just hung up on me when I asked for the manager.

In the past I've felt a little ignored. This last exp. I was blown off, ignored, and waited forever as full blown conversations it appears as well as socialing and regulars took precedent over the basics of Service.I doubt I'll ever Go Back!!!

Atmosphere is okay. Its a bit cold temp wise. But overall its okay. Service is good, haven't seen too much floor staff though, but doesn't seem to slow them done. The food and drinks, however makes up for everything they lack! Some of the best nachos in the greater kalamazoo area. They have some good grinders, the buffalo chicken grinder is great, its not on the menu, but they will make it for you. The long island ice tea is great, they offer flavoured one, you won't be disappointed with the strawberry LIT.Parking: Parking isn't the greatest, relatively small parking lot. Not a lot of street parking either.Kid-friendliness: They have 3 areas, the bar area, middle dining area, and dining room that resembles a small town pizzeria.

I called to place an order, they left me on hold for 9 minutes then hung up. I called back several times and they kept putting me on hold without taking the time to hear me. After a few attempts they wouldn’t even take my call. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I've gotten delivery a few times recently, and the same young man has delivered it every time. I'm not sure of his name, but he has longer hair and is always very sweet! He always asks how I'm doing and holds the door while I sign the receipt for him. He is just very friendly every time and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized for it. ?

My wife I randomly chose this place; we have been driving all over the Great Lakes area. With no expectations we ordered the "Mama" pizza which had everything we wanted. It was terrific! All the vegetables were fresh, the pie was cooked perfectly, and it's the best pizza we've had in months. Will go out of my way to get another one.

Just came to visit a friend and he recommended genos and let me tell u they did not disappoint at all!! Hubby got the chicken Alfredo pizza! Amazing!! Crispy chicken salad!! Amazing and there bread sticks are to die for!! Sooo recommend!!
