Atmosphere is okay. Its a bit cold temp wise. But overall its okay. Service is good, haven't seen too much floor staff though, but doesn't seem to slow them done. The food and drinks, however makes up for everything they lack! Some of the best nachos in the greater kalamazoo area. They have some good grinders, the buffalo chicken grinder is great, its not on the menu, but they will make it for you. I've gotten delivery a few times recently, and the same young man has delivered it every time. I'm not sure of his name, but he has longer hair and is always very sweet! He always asks how I'm doing and holds the door while I sign the receipt for him. He is just very friendly every time and I wanted to make sure he gets recognized for it. ?
