It's like the people serving you are tired they don't have the drive or what they use to (love) put in the food to make you like it. It's more like take it or leave it, will find another place to eat.
Moved to Pontiac and this is just down the street from me. Ordered General Tso chicken and for $11 I got like 2 lbs. in a big white Styrofoam box (packed) They do NOT skimp on the portions and the Pork fried rice was amazing and the Egg drop soup was also good. I have their menu on my refrigerator and plan on ordering almost everything on the menu before the year is out.

Chicken lo Mein is incredible. My favorite order is 1 quart if BBQ ribtips and 1 quart of shrimp fried rice two shrimp egg rolls and a large wonton soup. They also have the best almond chicken gravy too.
