I would give a 0/5 stars if I could. Not only was my order incorrect, it tasted terrible, and the staff openly mocked me. Also I have learned that the hiring manager picks employees who aren't citizens and pays them less than they are supposed to. Horrible.
They don't deserve the one star I gave the customer service at this location I came in a few weeks in advance of my son's birthday and wanted a half sheet cake I physically specified I did not want their tiny version of one that looks happy meal size I also specified his name be put on the cake but when I picked the cake up it was the size of a happy meal nor did they put his name on it the worst customer service ever so I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time their staff mislead...read full review

Ordered a cake online on 9/25 and prepaid. My pick up date was 10/7. When I got to the store, my cake was not there! Employees had no idea what to do so I did not get the cake I ordered or paid for. I called corporate 2x and they said the store will call me for a refund. I still have not heard back from the store and when you call the store there is no answer or VM set up.
