“I used to frequent Rita's often when I lived in Maryland. I was ecstatic when this location opened up now that I'm back home in Michigan. I love this place - great Italian ice and amazing custard. We just celebrated my daughter Kennadee's 12th birthday there, and it was amazing from start to finish. The place is like a wonderland for young girls. They have everything! If you choose, you can then add any ingredients just like any other traditional dairy product. I was again snapped at by a haggered looking older woman that basically told me my order was more difficult to make -or- maybe it was lost (WTF!?). After she berated me a bit more, I finally asked if I could pay for my order and receive it. She ticked & hissed at me, said nothing, took my order and eventually I received my order - that had to be re-made since apparently it was lost.
